I love this slow days

I love this days.... They dont come around that often.

My boss is away for a week and i have work to do for about 3-4 days (Well at least work thats have to be done. Ther allways reading to do... ). And i just hade a buisse week last week long nights and early mornings.

I think im going to treat my self to an half day or so maybee go and have a long workout whit swiming, jucusi and steam room...

I knowe i knowe "lacy basterd" .... but sometime you just have to give your self some "down time"...

Or maybee som wow??? on a week day

Aaahh I would like to have some slow days like that. Mine have been too slow latley, but now I managed to set up temporary lab in a basement and cand actualy do some stuff. But with boss constantly demanding results and papers well slow days are far far away.....

Well back on topic i tell you that the day was a sucsses i ran, lifted some waits, swam and relex a total of 2,5 hours, man it was great... . After that lunch whit a friend and some episods of "Dexter" we bouth haved misst. Then i went e-shoping for some new furniture (well not shoping so mutch as windowshoping). And then som serius wow time did BM and 2 lvl whit Nizo... . Al and al a good day.

But now i have to head to the lab and do some work... Well its not that bad acually...

Nope, physiology and I tuch upon some patophysiology - toxicmetal (mercury, Cadmium) poisonings mainly and some small work with effect of some medicines (both human and animal). Me mom is a chemist though.
