Battlegrounds for lvl range 30-39

As I'm slowly approaching lvl40 I was wondering if there are any people who would like to stop leveling for a few days to spend some time on battlegrounds before moving on to lvl40. I'm lvl 36 at the moment and it goes well in BGs at this stage (dinged 36 after we won battle in AB yesterday - daily q and 3k xp at my lvl ). When I hit lvl38-39 i might stop leveling for 3-4 days and just do BGs in the evenings. Anyone else here who would like to join me? It might be next week before I ding 38-39 so there are few days left if anyone needs to lvl up a bit My favourite is Arathi Basin but we can run both Arathi Basin and Warsong Gulch If you have never been to BGs before that's fine I'm not an expert myself but can draft up some basic guidelines for both AB and WSG for people who goes there first time

But Av starts at lvl52 from memory Long way ahead of me I'm slow leveler Would be great to have a team for AV though

But that's why we are casual guild I'm not a kind of a player who rush through levels I just take my time Sometimes I feel like I want to lvl up quickly and then I fly through 2, 3 or 4 lvls in no time and sometimes I'm just hanging around, chatting, leveling proffessions, exploring new lands, etc

But sure - I want to get to 70 before WotLK so I might speed up a lil bit I hope I'll catch up with all when we hit AV level cap

I work all during the days of the week, yet I seem to level quite well, but I do take things slow sometimes ^^

I love pvp and I know I'll have dilema when I hit 70. I can grind honor and makrs for pvp gear and raid for pve but I'll need to respecc every now and then... This means I won't be able to stick to one tree. Prot warrior is not a great partner to play arena with I've heard that blizz might allow changing specs without paying g everytime you need (you'll have like 2 speccs to switch between) it so it would be great Anyone heard anything on it?

Yeah I know what you mean, but saying that most guilds now days have an arms warrior in raids.

But yes ive heard something about the 2 specs changes thing too, think I mentioned it in another topic

I'd love to have 2 toons One for pve and one for pvp I might lvl my Harkan as disc or shadow for pvp I think my warrior might be better as a tank In my hands anyway Sounds like a plan I just have no patience for leveling my priest I keep him on iddle for long time now... I have surivability problems but that might be because of my crazy (stupid) idea of speccing him as holy... I have problems with yellow q and doing greens isn't fun. I'll see if it gets any better when I respecc. I think shadow might be better for leveling Maybe I'll go disc at 70 ^^ For now I'm trying to force myself to lvl him to 29 for some BGs He's lvl22 at the moment. Hehe yeah, though sometimes you want to do both with one toon, like I love to be fury dps in raids, but pvp as arms would be good fun too, so it will be ace when they make it so you can have 2 specs

Main reason I rolled a priest because they were so annoying to kill on my rogue.

Maybe if I decide to roll another warrior once I get it to your priests level we can group up

It was hard at lower levels but now its alot easier
Can kill most mobs without even taking damage ^^

I got really annoyed in BGs on my warrior when I couldn't kill priest running around me That was in 30-39 BGs few days back I have no ranged attack (charge can be used only before fight and the one in berserker stance that can be used in fight has long cd) and this buddy with his mind fly, shield, dots and ranged spells, fear etc. gave me some hard time... Luckily more Horde got to me and we ganked him but not sure how would it end 1vs1... Fact I was like 35 and he was 39 but still... Priest is really nice for pvp when it's 1vs1. I usually run into troubles on my Harkan when I get 3 mobs on my back... Can manage 2 of my lvl but 3 usually break my shield too quick and have no mind fly as holy specced so all I can do is wait for sheild cd to clear and use dot's, smite and wand... I have lot's of mana but very low hp as I was focused on intelect and spirit for mana regen as the main stat for instances as a healer...

at 70 you can get some pvp gear that brings the CD of intercept down and then also there are talents, so in total you can get it down to 15seconds

Yeah at your level I had problems with groups of mobs too, as most ya damage spells get knocked back and you dont have much to stop that after ya shield goes, as you get more shadow talents it helps though
So hurry up and respec

Most people say as shadow leveling Spirit is the most important stat because of spirit tap, helps to get rid of downtime
and mana is the worse thing for priests, without it your dead, it goes so quick in pvp too
Might get that -15% mana cost.

The best thing is that I started as a shadow and it didn't appeal to me somehow so at lvl 14 I've respecced to holy Now I'll have to fork out 5g to get back to shadow I'll look for some mp5 gear as well

Might start to take focused mind next, should help with mana issue in pvp
Also at level 50 il get vampiric touch which will help too
Downtime will be like nothing then.

Most of my gear needs to be updated as well Won't get too much talent points at this stage (13 only) but still worth to give it a try I'll get to mind fly anyway

That's exactly what I have in mind (build) I might respecc over the weekend as with this instance runs I won't have much time to mess around on my priest

I'll level this priest as a pvp toon from now on I was thinking about leaving this till I get to 70 on my warrior to keep up with you all but I might try to do it paralell when I have some time

See how quick people are leveling etc and if needs be spend more time on ya warrior.
Will be harder work leveling 2 at same time and then having to gear them both at 70.

I spend most of my time on my warrior and I'm still behind level wise I was thinking of spending one day (evening actually) on my priest and one on warrior but I'm not sure if that's good idea. I should get next lvl or 2 on my priest quite quickly as my blue bar extended to 1.5xp bar at this stage I think It's just bit boring as there's not much guildies around my lvl to quest with But I'll try and see how it goes

Well I think ive decided I am going to stick to warrior over my rogue....

Now my new choice is whether I play my already level 70, 375BS etc etc orc warrior and maybe transfer him over (£15) or start a new one.....

To be honest I sometimes regret that I created this priest... I'm just looking at him every time I log on and feel guilty not playing him at all Don't know... you might be right I should probably get higher on my warrior first

Regarding your warrior - you can always try to start from scratch (we will catch up with your priest hehehe) and if you won't like it then you can always do the transfer

Well it would take you like twice as long to level them both to 70, and then even longer to gear them both up.
So if you did both at the time yuo will have two level 50/60odd where as if you did just one he could be levle 70 and nicely geared.

Well starting from scratch would allow me to change my race if I wanted, maybe Tauren instead of orc?
Suppose that comes down to war stomp + +5% hp VS +ap buff, the axe thing and stun res.

But it would mean id have to level my BS to 375 again, which takes alot of time and gold and I farmed quite a few patterns as well as crafted the tier one axe and tier 2 which cost alot of mats.
Also I have my epic flying mount on my warrior.

I started on this server on tuaren warrior but changed over to orc at lvl 10 War stomp and hp boost is nice and I've heard taurens have slightly better meele range but not sure if that's true or false. If it's true then it would be a nice thing for pvp

I'm puzzled - I think I'll leave my Harkan on iddle and only run him every now and then to use up this 1.5 blue xp bar and then leave him again for a week or two to get it back and so on. Should speed up leveling and won't do any harm to my warrior progress

As to the balcksmithing - I know what you mean. It took a lot of time and money and support of other guildies (materials) to get to 210... Not sure if it's getting any better later on - I guess not

It's always good to try and if you feel it's going too slow you can always transfer your other warrior here if you wish
