JC Frost resistance ring

If anyone need this frost resistance ring crafted for naxx, I got the patern last night.

Anyone knowe how mutch frost resistens we need or how mutch its recomended that we need...?

From what I have read it seems like the current cap is 415 but i can't see how much is needed for sapphiron.

Res scales
0 - 82 = 0%
83 - 165 = 15%
166 - 248 = 30%
249 - 331 = 45%
332 - 414 = 60%
415 = 75% Max res

Not sure how accurate this is. If i put my aura on we get 130 resistance already, anything more than that will just make the healers work much easier .

Edit: Ok wowwikki suggest at least 300 for the 25 man raid. not sure for 10 man

Keep in mind that Sapphiron's frost aura is hitting for more damage and is hitting even more players, giving frost aura a huge boost to total damage done. A player's aura or totem only gives 130 frost resistance which equals roughly 23.5% frost damage reduction. This means, Sapphiron's frost aura will be hitting the raid for 30,604 damage every second. A player with 300 frost resist, which is easily obtainable at level 80 (All armor crafting professions make 3 bind on equip pieces of frost resist gear), reduces Sapphiron's frost aura damage by 54.2% which equals to 18,316 damage every second, making this fight "considerably easier" for the healers. It is also recommended that the tank should not use frost resist gear, unless he or she can do so while remaining at 540 defense. "

And lastly If people can stay out of the chill / blizzard, that will also help the healer alot.

Well anyways if only tank takes that damge its ok then. main point here is to make it easy for the healers and on memeber with less then optimal resisitance should be ok!
