27h to lvl80...

Now that's crazy... this lad played 27h without a break (well, long break I mean as I'm sure he was using toilet and had some food/drinks organized) to get to lvl80... well... great job but this person is probably... I don't know (wanted to say menthally challenged but it woulnd't be fair I guess) Ok - I had periods of 12h playing with very short breaks for toilet/drink/food (all prepared beforehand) but it happend only few times (when I was young fellow living in students house in Germany with bunch of 10 friends connected to local high speed network. And it was over the weekend)... now 27h... Good for him to have lvl80 before weekend though And I don't even have WotlK yet lol

Hehhe told you so and we debated if it could be possible in 3 days. But he probably have tons of realms first achievemnets for his effort, not that it do him any god.
And yes I would say he is mentally challenged, i think thats fair, since all of us probably are playing wow , cmon guys face ut there are tons of thing we can do with that time but we choose ultimativly usless one, but that one is a record breaker, I dont mean to be offensve or anything, but in my point of view that is just insane. Simple as that!!

From what I found out Athene with help of his crew (he's a guy) got to lvl79 in 13h and got banned as someone reported him for tagging mobs lol They got him back to 70... There was big row as one GM told him mob tagging is ok and other GM banned him for that

I just read his interview, I feel sorry for his healer that spent 27 hours outside of the party healing him for 0 xp!!!

You tag a mob dealing damage to it and then if other people get on it and kill it you'll get all xp. The trick is that you have to be outside the group. Now you tag mobs with some kind of aoe, dots, or any other way and run around and your guildies/friends take them down. This way you are getting all xp and they get nothing. Anyhow - he was tagging mobs, others were killing them and he was getting all xp. Not sure how they worked it out with instances and all but in 13h he was lvl79. Then someone reported them and he got banned and reseted back to 70. There's plenty of discussion around the place about it as people think it was always like this and there's nothing illegal in smart using of game mechanics.

And Mortious - yeah, this healer who helped Nymh for 27h without getting 1xp... well, that must be some good friend of her And it was kind of similiar situation. She was dotting and killing mobs and he was healing her all the time outside the group getting 0xp for killed beasts.

Hehe I thought it was called mob ninjaing but ok Now I understand!!

I need someone to come kill my tagged mobs at level 19!!! Oh btw I actually made it in game today and did a level and no 1 was on in the guild, in fact no 1 was in crossroads !

Hmmmmmmm..... 27hrs, lvl 80... ... now what???? It'll be a good few years before another update comes out. I know he will have other characters but I cant see him finding enjoyment in the game right the way up to the next big installment
