Nice Mine is back to normal after few failed attempts with fubar Other addons still there but bras and all is standard Would be a good idea if you all post what addons you use for your UI management

My addon list:

Bongos bar. Replaces the original button bars with simple bar blocks. All customizable

Bartender. Works with Bongos, ( not actualy needed ). Bindable keys in the default key bind settings.

ACB Cast bars. Replaces the cat bars with big, chunky, slim, coloured bars. For all targets, me, focus, target etc.

Atlasloot Enhanced. Lists all the loot from every raid and dungeon in Azeroth and outlands. Good for deciding what the run to gear up. ( Esp at level 70 ).

Simple Mini map. Not much realy, just a new skin. Hides any buttons around the map. Realy for effect.
Xperl Unit fraims. Changes all the unit frames, me, target, foucus, raid, party, pet etc. Low health/Mana warning.

Red Range. Instead of the tiny key you have the spell bound to, showing red, when out of range. If you target something, this will show all spells that are out of range, red over the icon. Then as you get in range they go back to normal.

Jim's Cooldown pulse. Whenever your coldown becomes active again. This will flash the icon larger on screen, without you needing to look at your bars. Works for all classes, no adding CD's, simply install and position.

Kharthus's Hunter Timers. This shows you cast-like bars, for your shots and stings. Very very simple to use. I suggest you check it out. ( If your a hunter that is, or just curious. Just rember about the curious cat

Quest helper= funny arrow which help me
Atlasloot+enchaned= already exsplained
onebag+onering=makes all my bags look like one big the same with bank and rings
EEpanels?the funny thing behind chatbox and keys

Not bad I only use following addons:

Omen - threat meter
DamageMeters - says it all
Atlas - all possible atlas addons (instances, cities, loot, etc)
Better Quest - simplifies quest listing
Quest Helper - navigates from q to q
Group Calendar - in game calendar for all events

I think that's all Can't remember if I have any other addons

I spent a lot of time this weekend playing around with various mods... I have a couple of "functionality" mods now (like the countdown timers, damage and aggro meters, etc.), but even more just to hide and reskin things to make them look pretty.

I started with a "pack" that had the Quartz bars in the middle and a few other things, but since then I've customised a lot myself as I figured out how things fit together.



Bottom-left is chat, bottom-right is combat. Damage and threat meters above those.

Bottom-middle is hotkeys with alt and control used for rows two and three. The vertical button bar is for my G11 keyboard hotkeys.

In the middle... myself and my focus target on the left, my target and his target on the right. Pet below, pet's target above. Debuff countdown timers above that.

The combat spam is from Parrot; imagine there's a circle around my character. Damage and healing curves around in a semi-circle around the left-hand side, damage delivered down the right.

Quest log top-left, map and buffs top-right!

I deleted all my add ons earlier this year when I quit xD
Need to get few more now, need a good chat mod, for both talking and combat boxes, used prat before, not sure if that works for the combat box too.

Looks nice What addons you use? I still have standard UI (just added action bars from game menu). I think my laptop screen which is 15.4'' only might be too small to play around with different UIs... 19 or 21'' (or more) is different story altogether

Here's mine ^^

Unit frames: X-perl
Cast bars: Quartz
Action bars: Dominos (with RedRange to make the whole skill icon red when out of range)
Cooldown timers over the spell icons: OmniCC (can't see it on the picture though)
Misc addons: Atlas, Cartographer, Auctioneer, Enchantrix, !Swatter, StanceSets3, Stubby, Shamanfriend, Omen, GetVendored (I love it ), DamageMeters.

Any ideas how to improve my UI are more than welcome as this one's definetly a work in progress!

Ok, here are some. When I bought wow friend installed all of this for me so its a chance I missed out some. I always say to myself Ill take some time to learn them all or some other but ofc, that is all just hollow story.
Fubar, Cartographer, Questhelper, Bartender 3, Omen 2, Aloft, Pitbull, Im sure I missed out on some

How do you add those makros you all seams to have? I have so many spells and buttons i would like to have on my display...

I dont have macros. Idea simply doesnot apeal to me.

Single best thing I ever did was Focus + Hunter's Mark + Pet Attack (+ press again to recall pet) combination macro.

hmm i guess í missunderstod maros i ment how do you guys get so many buttons on screen i use left, right and right 2 actionbars but i still dont think i have enough room and i see that some of you have clusters of buttons. How do you get those?

i also just use them if you don't count the totem hotbar thingy.

I use the Bartender UI mod. You can add up to 10 action bars, and style them in ways other than the default 1x12 - 2x3, 2x6, 3x3, whatever.
