elg and buc arena

Gred - most shammys we came across use ghostwolf (is this the name?) form and kite around nuking and healing at the same time. Enchancement shammys hurt as hell but I can always disarm them and make it bit easier for few seconds to catch a breath and stunn lock the bastid Anyhow - shammys we came across nuke--->run away in wolf form---->heal---->kite around---->nuke---->rinse and repeat.

For me and Elg it's harder as we have no burst dmg to unload on healer when he's stunned. We just chop bit by bit and it takes time. Elg has plate armor and now prot spec with holy gear. Teams we come accross usually have at least 1 lad that can nuke and nuke hard. They jump on Elg straight off the bat so it gives me a chance to properly time spell reflects, disarms, stunns, fear, etc. (oh, and I should add REND, shouldn't I? ) and Elg just spam heals himself when they try to burn him down

Teams we have problems with are usually ones with heavy healing and hard nuking Like resto drood with good geaed DK or warr or rogue. I don't have MS as prot and we can't out dmg their healing nor push them to go oom with our dmg output yet we don't have enough burst to stunn lock and bun down healer. On the other hand when I go arms we loose all my cc/stunlocks (shockwave, concusion blow, improoved revenge, etc.) and I'm left with fear and hamstring but my dmg gain is not adequate to my loss in survivality. I still do low dmg (don't have any good 2h - either Titansteel Destroyer or this 2h axe from HoL - depends on talents picked up in arms tree) and I have no clue why other warrs can crit me for 10k and all I can put out (with execute) is 4-6k... I do 4-6k with my shield slam as prot Maybe my gear needs some tweaking but I feel more comfortable with my heavy prot gear and large pool of HP.

I guess I went bit OT Gred - from what I've seen other shammys just run away and kite around healing and nuking when they are at safe distance. I usually have enough def and hp to stay on my own for some time so if we go together again (and hope we will) you just spam heal yourself and use ghostwolf a lot Worth to try anyway

btw about ur arms wep (titan steel destoroyet) i read a blogg last night 2 dk's doing arena, they are both useing titansteel xD and they are now at 2.5k arena rating xD

I found some hybrid build which I'm going to test It's 37/11/23 giving me concusion blow and silence effects from prot tree together with Mortal Strike from arms tree and juggernaut for more mobility We'll see how it'll work. I have to sort out few macros and find some good UI and key bind rest of my abilities and macros I'll need like 2-3 days to sort everything out but we should do bit better then If it won't work we can try deep arms build or DW fury for burst dmg. Worse case scenario is I'll be back at square one with my prot build

Anyone knows some good UI? Any particular addons?

Right, gotta try that GW trick.. I glyphed for GW tho (heals 1% of max HP every 5 sec), I know it's not a lot but every little bit helps I guess. I still need all 10 games this week btw >_<

We can run your 10 games on monday or tuesday or I guess you can run with Elg too It's kinda quick I think we've done like 80 matches this week

hey buc! i got some news for u talk with some ppl at school, here is some tips for our arena u try and get as much block as u can, and gem all for armor penetration, then ur shield slam will hurt like fucking hell xD (my frined do about 12k with it ) and u will hit hard like hell to cuz of all armor penetration after that u will hurt them bad xD

Oooo Cool mate I'll jump back into my pve gear then Some nice amount of block there I have some trinket to boost ARP too. The only downside is that I'll fuck up my pve gear XD No more tanking for me I guess Well - I don't have time for it anyway so I might just use it for arena Should I gem for crit too? Is this 12k normal or crit?
