Doomed raiders Naxx tactic

I feel i might be on thin ice here so please add any coments you all might have on this subjekt....

I just thought ,sins we have a lot of new guys in the guild and it was some time ago we raided, To say somthing about the raiding stile we have in the guild. As i have seen we try to pull mobbs fast and only stop if healers are OOM the rest of use casters can manage to get mana in between the best we can. This is to minimis the down time between bosses...

On bosses we usaly do a quick check that everybody knowes the tactic and here is the plase to ask about any confusens you might have about the boss. We expect that if you raid you at least have browest throu the tactics for the bosses even if you dont knowe them full out. Its good if you have some ide about what we are facing...

We use VENT whene we raid as well sins it makes things mutch easier. Even if you dont have a mick or dont want to talk you can at least install it and logo on so you can here the rest of use explayin tactics...

Well this is the main points at least and the rest will come later but the main thing is to have fun....

and Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) is a big help

Well all the guys said above is true! Just few words from tanks point of view!

I would only like to point out that fast pace running was true when Aka was our main healer. And I knew what he could pull us through and through what not, point was he could heal us through anything mostly so until we get feeling for our new healers well go a bit slower but nothing inseinly slow, if I go Ill try to pull fast but no chain pulling as yet. Wipes take out more time then do slower pulls! This goes double with PUG healers. But if I get the feeling everything holds up fine pace will become faster!
As people said we are easygoing bunch and raid as guild when we get the time for reasons all of us understand but once when we are in we take it seriously. So come repaired fully, flasks, potions etc....If anyone have cash troubles or something contact officers and well try to pull something for you in guild coordinated effort.
Also tactics should be at least read on wowwiki.

Never tried Deadly Boss Mods, but I use an addon called BossTactics.. Ingame tactics guide for the raiding bosses.. Also a very nice addon if anyone is interested..

Get the basics down, Boss tactics / boss addons / Vent / Pots / Food / *Time* sorted.

Then work on the actual fights - You know the tactics, you know what to expect, just do it and see how it goes. After all, most of the problems are caused by player mistakes. Aslong as you know what/who/why the mistakes happend and how to solve it, then there's no reason to worry about mistakes.

For boss tactics wowwiki.com is quite good as apart from theory bit it includes links to video guides on boss encounters (for most of them anyway).

I never used this other addon mentioned here but I can highly recommend DBM (Deadly Boss Mods). This addon helps a lot with on-screen warnings and timers for boss special abilities. It also works nicely in Battlegrounds (timers for bunkers, flag respawns, etc)

It is important to read tactics before we go in there as it'll speed up our runs and to have DBM (or other good addon) and Ventrillo up and running.
