If I'm not mistaken this is gonna be a part of the Icecrown Citadel raid.. My opinion: Looks awesome!

Hehe looks cool...
I think that most be for the 10 and 25 man raid.... Sins teh 5 man raid/dungeon will be more of a sneek assult if i got it right...

Well, now that we're on that subject.. does anyone know what iLevel the item drops in Icecrown citadel 5-man will be?

On the normal 5-man it will be ilvl 219, heroics drops ilvl 232 which the equivalent of ToC 10 drops.
