Hmm i see no price? are they expensive?

From what it seems they are q items. When you hit certain rep level you have access to some q that will give you one of the rings as the reward. Not 100% sure though.

UPDATE: From what I read you get 1st one as q reward and then upgrade to better ones when you gain reputation for 200g fee.
